Ali Najm presented the keys to working with modern technologies used in podcasting to deliver engaging content. He also touched on the importance of sound in conveying visual messages and how to create an interactive environment between listeners and viewers, making podcasts more engaging and effective.
As part of the activities of the first Podcast Forum in Libya, a dialogue session titled “Creating Meaningful Content” was organized. We hosted a number of distinguished Libyan figures in the fields of media and creativity.
The session discussed the importance of purposeful content in shaping community awareness, the challenges facing its creators, and how to transform personal experiences into impactful messages that reach audiences truthfully and effectively.
The workshop provided a space for exchanging experiences and emphasized that purposeful content is a fundamental pillar in developing the media landscape in Libya.

One of the unique features was the opportunity to record live podcast episodes within the forum. Participants were able to produce and record their own episodes, whether it was a podcast for forum guests or a local podcast that reflects Arab culture and customs, such as the university podcast. Participants received full support throughout the preparation and recording stages, and an environment equipped with the latest equipment was provided to ensure high-quality recording.
The forum was not just an opportunity for learning, but also an occasion for celebration and inspiration. Various entertainment activities, such as Cube shows and interactive segments, contributed to creating an atmosphere of fun and connection among participants. These activities offered the perfect balance between seriousness and creativity, giving the forum a special character.
The forum concluded with a distinguished artistic performance, a poetic melody that combined vocal and poetic art, concluding the forum with a rich experience that enriched the audience's experience of fine art. This segment was an artistic touch that reflected the cultural and creative spirit that the forum seeks to instill in the Arabic podcast industry.
The forum will be held on Friday and Saturday, December 6-7, 2024, in the capital, Tripoli. The forum will continue from Friday evening, with the opening ceremony and keynote speakers. On Saturday, the forum will be open from morning until the end of the day, which will be a day full of events, including workshops and interactive sessions with keynote participants, in addition to recording episodes of live podcast programs in the presence of the audience.
